The public hearing will begin as an open house at 5:30 p.m. <br /> with a formal presentation at 6 p.m. followed by a public comment period. <br /> This public hearing is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their <br /> views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic, and environmental <br /> effects of the proposed improvements. A copy of the project display notice which includes a <br /> location map for the hearing, project limits and other important information about the hearing is <br /> enclosed. Similar notices are being sent to all property owners located within at least 300 feet <br /> on either side of the proposed facility and to other public officials, organizations, and individuals <br /> interested in the project. <br /> For more project information, visit www.us1study.com.
