The following describes our proposed scope of work and terms <br /> of agreement between Carter Associates,Inc.(CAI)and Barth Construction,In. (CLIENT): <br /> CAI services will include the following: <br /> • Prepare a dimensional site plan showing the location of the temporary trailer meeting the <br /> • <br /> requirements of the City of Vero Beach with associated site data. <br /> • Depict utility connections for water, sewer,and electric. <br /> • Prepare applications and submit to City of Vero Beach for Minor Site Plan approval. <br /> IP Design widening of driveway onto Old Dixie Highway to accommodate existing fire and <br /> Medical service vehicles. <br /> • Submit right-of-way permit to Indian River County for driveway modifications. <br /> The above referenced tasks can be performed not to exceed the estimated amount of <br /> $3,960.00.
