Determine pathing and hardware location scheme to support the new Ethernet RIO <br /> connectivity and support a separate subnet for. the HMI_LAN and the RIO_LAN. <br /> Review and determine power distribution at each site for clean UPS power. <br /> Review,test, and correct deficiencies in the existing control system per the electrical <br /> remediation report, including surge arresters and related hardware. <br /> Locate existing panel drawings, make modifications to drawings and update the as- <br /> built status of the system. <br /> Evaluate PLC hardware and revision levels,Wonderware HMI tag standards and <br /> connectivity to IRCU network and prepare list of items to finalize in subsequent <br /> implementation phases. <br /> Tabulate conditions discovered during evaluation to establish a base condition for <br /> hardware/software,and help determine specific approaches to each control panel's <br /> upgrade and replacement. Prepare punch list for each panel of work to be <br /> performed in subsequent phases. <br /> Consultant will prepare a remediation and assessment report summary of existing <br /> PLC and RIO panels. The report will provide comments on each PLC and RIO <br /> panel and modifications performed to prepare them for subsequent upgrades. <br /> TASK 2—EVALUATE AND CONFIGURE PLC PANEL (NORTH PLANT) <br /> Consultant will configure the redundant CLX processors as individual processors <br /> labeled CLXA and CLXB and verify both processors are operational and can <br /> communicate with I/O and the HMI. Configuration will include rescheduling the <br /> ControlNet Network Update Time (NUT) if necessary and establish the CLXA in <br /> control of the system. <br /> Consultant will coordinate the purchase of four EN2T modules, any extra cabling <br /> and miscellaneous hardware to incorporate the modifications to be purchases by <br /> IRCU. <br /> Consultant will establish control of the system with CLXB. In the CLXA rack <br /> remove the SRM and ENBT modules and replace them with two EN2T modules. <br /> Reschedule the ControlNet NUT,configure the modules are operational and <br /> communicating with I/O and the HMI and turn control back over to CLXA, CLXB <br /> will stay as a warm backup throughout the rest of the conversion to Ethernet RIO. <br /> Once the conversion is complete,Consultant will remove CNET module from both <br /> CLXA and CLXB racks. <br /> K:\WPi3_Civi1\O44572031 IRCU SCADA Study\Scope\JRCU Water Plant SCADA Report-Modlfted.docx Page 2 <br /> 76 <br />
