This is an action to quiet and confirm title to and recover possession of submerged <br /> real property located in Indian River County,Florida, in the name of the Board of Trustees, <br /> under Chapters 65 and 66, Florida Statutes("Fla. Stat."). <br /> JURISDICTION AND VENUE <br /> 2. This is an action for injunctive relief and damages in excess of fifteen thousand <br /> dollars($15,000.00), exclusive of interest and costs. <br /> 3.
