On July 1, 2014, the Indian River County <br /> Board of County Commissioners ("Board") enacted Ordinance 2014-13, which brought the hours of <br /> operation in the unincorporated portions of Indian River County ("County') in line with the City of Vero <br /> Beach regulations. The ordinance also contained a similar sunset provision. <br /> On May 12, 2015, the Board voted to direct the County Attorney's Office to draft an ordinance to <br /> maintain the extended hours that alcohol can be served in the unincorporated portions of the County. The <br /> County Attorney's Office has drafted the attached ordinance eliminating the sunset provision. <br /> Indian River Co.
