Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2015- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME <br /> AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 9th LANE, IN THE <br /> GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION AND GLENDALE LAKES SUBDIVISION UNIT <br /> TWO, COUNTY PROJECT NO. 1436 AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS <br /> MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br /> HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING ASPHALT <br /> MILLING IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST THEREOF, <br /> AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT <br /> THEREOF TO BE SPECIFICALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br /> BENEFITED THEREBY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 2015- , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of <br /> the citizens of the County, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning <br /> property within the area described herein, that asphalt milling improvements be made <br /> to said property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to <br /> be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br /> County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties <br /> to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of <br /> County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making <br /> asphalt milling improvements on 9th Lane in the Glendale Lakes Subdivision and <br /> Glendale Lakes Subdivision Unit Two, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of <br /> payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property <br /> benefited thereby. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br /> 1.
