L <br />July 10, 2007 <br />2007 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD (VAB) <br />MEETING MINUTES OF JULY 10, 2007 <br />The Value Adjustment Board of Indian River County, Florida, met in Conference Room <br />"B" in the County Administration Building, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Wednesday, July 10, 2007, at 8:15 a.m. Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman <br />Wesley S. Davis, Board Members Peter D. O'Bryan, Karen Disney-Brombach (who arrived at <br />8:23 a.m.) and Debbie MacKay. Also present were County Attorney William G. Collins II, <br />Property Appraiser staff Leroy Kelly and Diana Starr, and Recording Secretary of the Value <br />Adjustment Board Maureen Gelfo. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Gary C. Wheeler called the meeting to order at 8:18 a.m. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Board Member Peter D. O'Bryan delivered the Invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br />4.
