2005 VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD (VAB) <br /> MEETING MINUTES OF MAY 22, 2006 <br /> The Value Adjustment Board of Indian River County, Florida, met in Conference Room <br /> "A" at the County Administration Building, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Monday, <br /> May 22, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. <br /> Present were County Commissioner and VAB Chairman Wesley S. Davis, VAB Vice <br /> Chairman; Gary C. Wheeler, Commissioner Thomas S. Lowther, and School Board District 4 <br /> Member Ann Reuter and District 2 Member Lenora Quimby. Also present were Value <br /> Adjustment Board County Attorney William G. Collins II, Property Appraiser David Nolte, <br /> Deputy Chief Darlene Silverstein and Clerk of the Value Adjustment Board Maria I. Suesz. <br /> 1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Wesley S. Davis called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. <br /> 2. INVOCATION <br /> Chairman Davis delivered the Invocation. <br /> 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Chairman Davis led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF VAB MINUTES <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, <br /> SECONDED by Vice Chairman Wheeler, the Board <br /> unanimously approved the VAB Minutes of March 8, <br /> 2006, as written and distributed. <br /> C;) Value Adjustment Board- 1 - <br />
