RESOLUTION <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> NO. 2004-04 <br /> Be it resolved by the School Board of Indian River County, Florida that, Mr. <br /> Steven Mohler and Mr. Williams Hughes are hereby appointed to serve on the <br /> Indian River County Value Adjustment Board <br /> And that Chairman, Mrs. Kathryn A. Wilson; and Board Member, Dr. Craig <br /> McGarvey, will serve as alternates effective: August 1 , 2004-July 31, 2005. <br /> Be it further resolved that, the Members of the Board or their respective <br /> alternates shall receive such per diem compensation as is allowed by law for <br /> state employees. This provision shall be effective only upon the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, passing a similar resolution. The <br /> two resolutions combined shall have the effect of an election by the two bodies to <br /> allow for compensation as provided by law (Chapter 194, Florida Statutes). <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have, in an open and regularly scheduled meeting in <br /> Vero Beach, hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of School District of <br /> Indian River County to be affixed this 13th day of January, in the year of our <br /> Lord, 2004. <br /> I., Lit A <br /> Mr .
