RESOLUTION <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> NO. 2005-05 <br /> Be it resolved by the School Board of Indian River County, Florida that, <br /> Mrs. Ann Reuter and Ms. Lenora Quimby are hereby appointed to serve on the <br /> Indian River County Value Adjustment Board <br /> And that Chairman, William D. Hughes; and Board Member, Mrs. Kathryn A. <br /> Wilson, will serve as alternates effective: January 1, 2005-July 31, 2006. <br /> Be it further resolved that, the Members of the Board or their respective <br /> alternates shall receive such per diem compensation as is allowed by law for <br /> state employees. This provision shall be effective only upon the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, passing a similar resolution. The <br /> two resolutions combined shall have the effect of an election by the two bodies to <br /> allow for compensation as provided by law (Chapter 194, Florida Statutes). <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have, in an open and regularly scheduled meeting in <br /> Vero Beach, hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of School District of <br /> Indian River County to be affixed t his 11th day of January, in the year of our <br /> Lord, 2005. <br /> William D.
