RESOLUTION G THE BOUNDARIES OF JNTY COMMISSIONERS' RICTS IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA ?,AS, the Constitution of tl Florida provides that the rve (51 County Commissioner _.s en each County and that saa. ets shall be as nearly as possib al to proportion to population ar at the Board of County Commfasione. if the respective Counties shall fro'. time to time fix the boundaries of so( Districts; and, WHEHEAS, by reason of the .ador ion by this Board of Chapter 25391 the Acts' of the Florida Legislature 1949, it has been necessary to revis alter, change and fix the boundai lines of Election Districts -and precine in said County and by reason there it is now necessary to fix the boundai lines of the County Commissioner Districts in said County and to the er that no election district in Said. Coun, shall be partly in one County Cor missioners' District and partly in a: other; and, WHEREAS, all five (5) ,members the Board are present at this meetir of said Board and have agreed u animously on the fixing of boundarh of County Commissioners' Districts iIndian River County as is evidenced k this Resolution; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bou caries of the County Commissioner Districts in Indian River County, Flo ida, be and the same are herewi fixed, effective immediately, as follov and with each of said Districts numbe jed as* m eafter t -ted, to -lilt: COUMT, COMMISSIONER'S S the Northeast corner of said R.
