Our materials and observation testing services will be provided on an as -needed basis as dictated by the pace and methods of construction. C. COMPENSATION The material testing and observation services provided will be billed in accordance with the Indian River County Professional Geotechnical Services Agreement 2014-2016, RFQ# 2014007 and the line item unit rates illustrated on the Projected Scope and Budget (Attachment A). Dunkelberger proposes to complete the scope of services as described herein for an estimated fee of $17,490.00. If additional services outside the listed project services are required, Dunkelberger will provide such under auspice of a Supplemental Proposal using the same line item unit rates as provided herein. The quantity of the work performed and factors beyond our control, such as weather and the contractor's schedule/efficiency, will affect the actual cost for our services. You will be invoiced at regular intervals but not less than monthly for services performed. Invoices for our services will be directed to the addressee of this letter unless we are directed otherwise. Payment is due within thirty (30) days following receipt of an invoice. D. SITE ACCESS AND SAFETY Indian River County (IRC) shall secure all necessary site related approvals, permits, licenses, and consents necessary to commence and complete the services and will execute any necessary site access agreement.
