2/8/9D(d..n\ron\p-n1hy9,-)4ow <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 96-03 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISWMNT OF CIVIL <br /> PENALTIES FOR SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF THE <br /> ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br /> pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 828.27 has adopted an animal control <br /> ordinance which provides for the issuance of citations to persons who have <br /> committed civil infractions in violation of the duly enacted ordinance and <br /> which provides that the Board may establish civil penalties up to $500 for <br /> violation of provision of the ordinance. <br /> NON, THERWORI, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of <br /> Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br /> 1.
