Approval of Resolution for PHA 5-Year <br /> and Annual Plan <br /> June 12, 2015 <br /> Page 12 <br /> Federal regulations require the Board to approve by resolution the PHA 5-Year and Annual <br /> Plan. The Chairman is also required to sign the Civil Rights Certification and the PHA <br /> Certifications of Compliance with PHA plans and Related Regulations. The Administrative <br /> Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program referenced above and in the resolution <br /> consists of hundreds of pages and can be viewed during regular business hours at the <br /> County Attorney's Office. <br /> Funding: There is no funding associated with this matter. <br /> Recommendation. Staff recommends the Board approve the resolution adopting the PHA <br /> 5-Year and Annual Plan and authorize the Chairman to execute the resolution, Civil Rights <br /> Certification and the PHA Certifications of Compliance with PHA plans and Related <br /> Regulations on behalf of the Board. <br /> Copies to: Stan Boling, Community Development Director <br /> Robin Miller, Housing Program Manager <br /> 140 <br />
