Prior to going into private session, Florida Statute 286.011(8) requires the Chairman to read the following statement: "This is the commencement of the attorney-client session. The estimated time of the closed attorney-client session is 45 minutes. Present at the meeting will be Commissioners Bob Solari (Vice Chairman), Joseph E. Flescher, Tim Zorc, Peter D. O'Bryan and me, Wesley S. Davis (Chairman). Also present will be County Attorney Dylan Reingold, outside counsel Casey Walker, County Administrator Joseph Baird, and a certified court reporter. At the conclusion of the closed attorney-client session this public meeting will be reopened."
