EXHIBIT 3 <br /> Return to: <br /> T-Mobile South,LLC <br /> 12920 SE 30 Street <br /> BelNue,WA 98006 <br /> Site Name: <br /> Site Number <br /> FORM OF MEMORANDUM OF LICENSE <br /> This Memorandum of License evidences a License ("License") between Indian River County <br /> ("County"), whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 and T-Mobile South LLC, a <br /> Delaware limited liability company, whose address is 12920 SE 38th Street, Bellevue, WA 98006 ("T- <br /> Mobile"), commencing on date T-Mobile begins construction at the site (the "Commencement Date"), which <br /> shall be confirmed in writing from T-Mobile to County, for certain real property (the "Premises"), as described <br /> in Exhibit 1 attached hereto. <br /> County ratifies, restates and confirms the License and hereby licenses to T-Mobile the Premises, subject <br /> to the terms and conditions of the License. The License provides for the License by the County to 1-Mobile of <br /> the Premises for an initial term of Ten(10) years with Four(4)renewal option(s)of an additional Five(5) years <br /> each, and further provides: <br /> 1. The Premises may be used exclusively by T-Mobile and the County for all legal purposes, including <br /> without limitation, erecting, installing, operating and maintaining radio and communications antennae arrays, <br /> buildings,and equipment; <br /> 2.
