Time and Place(Second Reso.) 3/25/97(ENG)RES2.MAG\gfk <br /> - RESOLUTION NO.97.2 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br /> 40 THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON MIST AVENUE <br /> BETWEEN 79TH STREET AND 87TH STREET IN VERO <br /> LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND OTHER <br /> INTERESTED PERSONS MAY APPEAR BEFORE THE <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND BE <br /> HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY <br /> OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br /> 0 IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE <br /> COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT <br /> THEREFOR,AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO <br /> BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY <br /> BENEFITED THEREBY. <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, <br /> by Resolution No. 9 7-2 8 ,determined that it is necessary for the public welfare <br /> of the citizens of the county,and particularly as to those living,working,and owning <br /> property within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements <br /> be made to said property; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll <br /> to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br /> WHEREAS,Section 206.06,Indian River County Code,requires that the Board <br /> of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the <br /> properties to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br /> the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability <br /> of making paving and drainage improvements to said property,as to the cost thereof, <br /> as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed <br /> against each property benefited thereby, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br /> 1. The County Commission shall meet at the County Commission chambers in the <br /> County Administration Building at the hour of 9:05 A.M.on Tuesday.May 20 <br /> 1997,at which time the owners of the properties to be assessed and any other <br /> interested persons may appear before said Commission and be heard in regard <br /> to said property.
