Al and 10.05, (Claims) we <br /> have monitored and tracked the costs KAST has incurred as a direct result of the extended time related <br /> to the delayed issuance of conformed drawings and a building permit. The Conformed documents <br /> were received by KAST on 05/22/2015 at 1:30 PM. The Permitted Set was received by us on <br /> Wednesday the 27th of May 2015. KAST immediately issued the Conformed, (revised)drawings to the <br /> affected subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Most subcontractor and vendor price increases were <br /> received by 06/12/2015 but some price increases were dependent on RFPs and could not be collected <br /> until 6/29/2015 <br /> The project delay commenced on April 16th, 2015 and has continued up to and including June 30, <br /> 2015. 76 days have elapsed since the delay began on 04/16/2015. The following represents the <br /> extended general conditions,(up to and including the 30th of June 2015)and the added costs for the <br /> additional work of the conformed drawings. The work of the conformed drawings has also added <br /> 15 days to the concrete tilt wall durations.Those 15 work days impacted the project schedule by 14 <br /> calendar days, (2 weeks). <br /> 1 <br /> 118 <br />
