SECOND AMENDMENT TO OCTOBER 1, 2013 <br /> COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT <br /> THIS SECOND AMENDMENT by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of <br /> Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County", and TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 769, <br /> AFFILIATED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Union". <br /> WHEREAS, effective October 1, 2013, the parties entered into a Collective Bargaining <br /> Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement",for the period October 1, 2013 through <br /> and including September 30, 2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article 33, Wages, provides for the parties to reopen negotiations for cost of <br /> living adjustments for FY 2014/2015 and FY 2015/2016; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 15, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners approved the First <br /> Amendment to Article 33, Wages, for FY 2014/2015; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 29, 2015, the parties collectively bargained and agreed upon a cost <br /> of living adjustment for FY 2015/2016, the terms of which are particularly described in Exhibit <br /> "A" to the Second Amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the <br /> parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows; <br /> 1. Article 33, Wages, shall be amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" to the Second <br /> Amendment. <br /> 46 <br />
