The proposed budget includes a merit(or step) increase for Teamsters and IAFF employees per <br /> their collective bargaining agreements. Non-union employees will receive the same merit as <br /> Teamsters employees. Staff has recently reached a tentative agreement with the Teamsters union <br /> for a 3.5% COLA as well. Non-union employees will receive the same COLA as the Teamsters <br /> (3.5%).
