3. TERM OF OFFICE. <br /> The term of office shall be two years with three of the initial <br /> appointments being for one year. <br /> 4. POWERS AND DUTIES. <br /> The Indian River County Utility Advisory Committee shall have the <br /> power and duty to: <br /> a) Consider and study the entire field of utility matters regulated by <br /> Chapters 201,203 and 304 of the Indian River County Code,and <br /> bl Consider all matters submitted to it by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners., <br /> 8.
