3. TERM OF OFFICE. <br /> The term of office shall be two years with three of the initial <br /> appointments being for one year. <br /> 4. POWERS AND DUTIES. <br /> The Indian River County Utility Advisory Committee shall have the <br /> power and duty to: <br /> a) Consider and study the entire field of utility matters regulated by <br /> Chapters 201,203 and 304 of the Indian River County Code,and <br /> bl Consider all matters submitted to it by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners., <br /> 8. ADViSOR1P OMS. <br /> The Utility Advisory Committee shall be advisory only and its members <br /> shall serve without compensation., <br /> 6, ONEML PROVIMOh1S., <br /> The provisions of Title 1, Chapter 103, retating to advisory boards and <br /> commissions shall apply to this committee. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner _Adams-__ <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner -!I PR In and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows. <br /> Chairman Carolyn K.
