a - - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97- 44 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC <br /> CONTROL DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> PUBLIC WORKS. <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has directed the <br /> director of public works to maintain a ledger reflecting the <br /> traffic control devices in the unincorporated area (Section 312.18, <br /> Indian River County Code); and <br /> WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the <br /> Board of County Commissioners for approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as <br /> Exhibit "A" to this Resolution, <br /> NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves <br /> the traffic control device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this <br /> resolution. <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Ginn , and, upon being put to a vote, tae vote was as <br /> follows: <br /> Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br /> Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Absent <br /> Commissioner Kenneth R.
