C] <br /> iNDNNIpViR N <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River co <br /> CJl <br /> County adopted Resolution No. 97-30, providing for certain <br /> paving and drainage improvements to 60th Avenue south of 45th <br /> • <br /> Street in Ponderosa Estates Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the <br /> special assessments are to be made and how the special J <br /> t— <br /> c <br /> assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Jro <br /> mc <br /> w Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and N <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River not <br /> v County passed Resolution No. 97-31, on April 15, 1997, which <br /> xset a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br /> U <br /> of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br /> would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br /> 4J as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br /> +1 <br /> 4 <br /> is Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br /> r.
