ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND C� <br /> �RE ECORD OF DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO 101ST AVENUE BETWEEN <br /> IANpRi11F� 79TH STREET & 87TH STREET IN VERO LAKE <br /> ESTATES SUBDIVISION. co <br /> t .F' <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County adopted Resolution No. 97-28, providing for certain <br /> paving and drainage improvements to 101st Avenue between 79th <br /> • <br /> Street & 87th Street in Vero Lake Estates Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the L <br /> r <br /> x <br /> special assessments are to be made and how the special -- <br /> assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS the resolution wasN <br /> published as required by <br /> H o <br /> N <br /> 4J Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> w <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> a� <br /> County passed Resolution No. 97-29, on April 15, 1997, which <br /> -+ set a time and place for a public hearing at which the owners <br /> a� <br /> of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br /> would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints <br /> a as to said project and said special assessments, and for the <br /> 4+ <br /> 4J <br /> Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River <br /> CID County Code; and <br /> -1 <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public <br /> c <br /> to <br /> hearing was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal <br /> z <br /> w Newspaper on May 6, 1997, and May 13, 1997, (twice one week <br /> V <br /> H apart, and the last being at least one week prior to the <br /> o hearing) , as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County <br /> 41 <br /> Code; and <br /> a WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at <br /> p , least ten days prior to the hearing, as required by Section <br /> V 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> Cn <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> ^o <br /> County on Tuesday, May 20, 1997, 9:05 A M conducted the <br /> public hearing with regard to the special assessments, C ) <br /> 1 <br /> This document was prepared by and should be returned to the County Engineer's Office, 1840 25th Street, Vero <br /> Beach, FL 32960 <br />
