1002254 97 M1 13 PH 3: 05 <br /> Public Hearing(Third Reso.) 5/97(r®9olus#1)VWDG <br /> 1,+ RE EFHR REODRD! <br /> SOLUTION NO. 97- 61 CLERK FFREYCQpfi <br /> INDIAN frac,,, <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION <br /> WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO THE EAST SIDE OF U.S. <br /> HIGHWAY #1 (39TH STREET TO HARBOR DRIVE); PROVIDING <br /> FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 97-57, adopted May 20, 1997, determined to make special assessments <br /> against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to the east side of <br /> U.S. Highway#1 (between 39th Street and Harbor Drive); and <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 97-58 on May 20, 1997, and set a time and place for a public hearing at <br /> which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would <br /> have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said <br /> special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian <br /> River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in co <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, May 23, 1997, and once again on Friday, May <br /> 30, 1997 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the hearing), <br /> as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> J <br /> WHEREAS, the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior 0 <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and N <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on <br /> Tuesday, June 10, 1997, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to the <br /> special assessments; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br /> 1.
