RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 113 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br />A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 FOR CERTAIN <br />NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br />necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br />in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Indian River County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br />Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br />Other Special Revenue Funds $ 20,869,607 <br />Other Debt Service Fund $ 988,000 <br />Capital Projects $ 18,590,679 <br />Enterprise Funds $ 45,098,027 <br />Internal Service Funds $ 26,136,881 <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Solari , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner 7.0rr , and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Wesley S. Davis AVF <br />Vice Chairman Bob Solari AVF <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYF <br />Commissioner Peter D.
