<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County met at the Court House in
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:00 A. M., Tuesday, October 24, 1950, in regular adjourned meeting
<br />with the following members presents W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Tom N. Stewart, Aubrey L.
<br />Waddell and. Sylvester Woods. Absents H. C. Watts. Also present were E. E. Carter, Road
<br />and Bridge Superintendent, George Heath, Attorney from the firm of Mitchell, Smith & Mitchell,
<br />and Douglas Bake Clerk.

<br />publicly open and consider said bids
<br />for the furnishing to said County ofl
<br />1,000 concrete blocks, size 8 inches by
<br />8 inchesby18 inches and 3,000 con-
<br />crete blocks, size -8 inches by 12 inches,
<br />by 16 inches, to conform to the ,re-
<br />quirements as shown on the plans and'
