SMITH, CLERK <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOT 6, BLOCK K, SEAGROVE SOUTH SUBDIVISION <br />UNIT ONE <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in two side lot line utility easements on Lot 6, Block <br />K, of Seagrove South Subdivision Unit One; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />the northerly five (5) foot side lot line utility easement and the southerly five (5) foot side lot line <br />utility easement, less and except any portion of the westerly ten (10) foot front lot line utility easement, of <br />Lot 6, Block K, Seagrove South Subdivision Unit One, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat <br />Book 11, Page 45, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner F1e.chPr <br />Commissioner nay,; , and adopted on the 15th day of <br />September. 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
