8/15/97(resolaccept)Vk <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97- 83 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br /> FORMALLY ACCEPTING THE ROADS AND EASEMENTS <br /> FOR UTILITY PURPOSES ONLY IN WEST MEADOWS <br /> SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water lines in West <br /> Meadows Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the County to <br /> install its water lines in certain utility easements in West Meadows Subdivision, as <br /> recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 82, of the public records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby <br /> formally accepts for utility purposes only the roads and easements, or any part thereof, <br /> as offered to the County in the Certificate of Dedication shown on the plat of the above- <br /> referenced subdivision. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner G i n n , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner A d a m s , and, upon being put to a <br /> vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br /> Vice Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br /> Commissioner Fran B.Adams Aye <br /> Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br /> Commissioner Caroline D.
