See Exhibit 1. <br />• MAP OF BOUNDARY: <br />See Exhibit 1 <br />O IMPROVEMENTS: That the following services or improvements be provided within the area of the District: <br />Potable water service to benefitting properties including fire hydrants. <br />* ESTIMATED COST OF IMPROVEMENTS: <br />Project Cost = $481,000.00: Cost is based on preliminary information and no engineering analysis has been <br />performed in order to arrive at the estimate. Estimate subject to change based on site conditions, surveying, <br />engineering documentation and material price fluctuation. <br />• N.A.P.
