,s <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 1 1 6 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 3, 4, 7, AND 8, BLOCK 3, SEBASTIAN <br />GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in certain drainage and utility easements on Lots 3, <br />4, 7, and 8, Block 3, of Sebastian Grove Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />the easterly rear lot line five (5) foot drainage and utility easements of Lots 3 and 4, and the <br />westerly rear lot line five (S) foot drainage and utility easements of Lots 7 and 8, Block 3, Sebastian <br />Grove Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 85, of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner 01Bzvan <br />Commissioner Flescher , and adopted on the 29n,j day of <br />September 2015, by the following vote: <br />Chairman Wesley S.
