<br />that this Board does respectfully request the Board of County Commissioners of Brevard
<br />County, Florida to adopt
<br />a Resolution directed to the members of
<br />the Legislature of the
<br />State of Florida from Brevard
<br />County requesting said Legis]ot m -c
<br />:I to secure the passage of
<br />an act redefining the boundary -line between Brevard and Indian River
<br />Counties, Florida,
<br />between the Indian River
<br />and the Atlantic Ocean in order that said boundary line shall be
<br />center of the Sebastian
<br />Inlet.
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River Countyt
<br />Florida, does herewith request
<br />the Honorable Alex MacWilliam, Representative,
<br />and the
<br />Honorable Evans Crary, Rentor, in the Legislature of the State
<br />of Florida, to cause an act
<br />to be passed by said Legislature
<br />redefining the boundary line between
<br />Brevard and Indian
<br />Aiver Counties, Florida,
<br />as above set forth.
<br />The foregoing
<br />Resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner
<br />Waddell and unanimously
<br />adopted.

<br />Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Hamilton and carried,
<br />Mrs. Anne Christensen was
<br />employed am County welfare case worker at a salary of $150.00 per
<br />month effective January,
<br />1, 1951.
<br />County Agent,
<br />M. A. Boudet, appeared before the Board
<br />and submitted his plan of
<br />work from January 1 to December 31, 1951, which was received and
<br />ordered filed with the
<br />Clerk.
<br />The following
