• FJ <br /> Public Hearing(Third Reso.) 8/97(reso1129th)VWDC <br /> �}. <br /> FIR CORDS OF <br /> K,$AKTOK <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97- 8 9 urr <br /> ,URT <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, O <br /> CONFIRMING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION M <br /> WITH A WATER MAIN EXTENSION TO WEST MEADOWS C:) <br /> SUBDIVISION (45TH AVENUE AND 45TH COURT NORTH OF N <br /> FOURTH STREET); PROVIDING FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT o <br /> LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br /> Resolution No. 97-80, adopted August 12, 1997, determined to make special <br /> assessments against certain properties to be serviced by a water main extension to , <br /> West Meadows Subdivision(45th Avenue and 45th Court north of 4th Street); and <br /> cn <br /> m <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which said special <br /> assessments shall be made and how said special assessments are to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the resolution was published in the Vero Beach Press Journal, as <br /> required by Section 206.04, Indian River County Code; and r <br /> r <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br /> Resolution No. 97-81 on August 12, 1997, and set a time and place for a public hearing <br /> at which the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons <br /> would have the chance to be heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and <br /> said special assessments, and for the Board to act as required by Section 206.07, <br /> Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of the public hearing was published in <br /> the Press Journal Newspaper on Friday, August 15, 1997, and once again on Friday, <br /> August 22, 1997 (twice one week apart; the last being at least one week prior to the <br /> hearing),as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS,the land owners of record were mailed notices at least ten days prior e <br /> to the hearing, as required by Section 206.06, Indian River County Code; and °O <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County on vn <br /> Tuesday, September 2, 1997, at 9:05 a.m. conducted the public hearing with regard to <br /> the special assessments; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: CA <br /> I1iie dog"Plftnt weo preparod by <br /> UtLti, to <br /> 1&10 25th fit., d+ro Beach, <br /> Florida 32960 <br />
