Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br /> following described lands, which were acquired for right-of-way from Greene <br /> River Packing, Inc., a Florida corporation are hereby cancelled pursuant to <br /> the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Warranty Deed describing lands, <br /> recorded in O.R. Book 1163 at Pages 2609-2610, <br /> Public Records of Indian River County,Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner T i p p i n , and, upon being put to <br /> a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Carolyn K.
