Ginn <br />Vice Chairman <br />Actual - <br />Facsimile <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br />hereby authorized to execute any and all signature canis and agreements as <br />requested by the respective banking institutions designated as official <br />depositories by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County: and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures Is as <br />authorized by Section 116.34, Florida Statutes, the -Uniform Facsimile Signature <br />of Public Officials Act.- <br />The <br />ct- <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Stanbridge , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran 6.
