40 <br />SECTION 2. The Indian River County Board of County Commissioners agrees that at least <br />one staff representative will serve on the Regional Permit Action Team established by the Office of <br />Tourism, Trade and Economic Development for each Expedited Permitting Review project in which <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County participates. <br />The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner S t a n b r i d g e and <br />seconded by Commissioner T i p p i n and upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Ruth M. Stanbridge Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
