• <br />3f00reso.util/Ck <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 017 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN EXHIBIT <br />"A" TO RESOLUTION NO. 99-58, CORRECTING THE <br />LINE EXTENSION CHARGES FOR WATER MAINS. <br />WHEREAS, on June 22, 1999, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a <br />resolution setting the schedule of rates, fees, and charges for use by the Department <br />of Utility Services, effective October 1,1999; and <br />WHEREAS, there is typographical error in Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 99-58, <br />setting line extension charges for water main extensions per foot at $6.51 when, in <br />fact, the correct charge is $11.25 per front foot; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS that: <br />1. Exhibit "A" to Resolution 99-58 is corrected to reflect a water main line <br />extension fee of $11.25 per lineal foot of property frontage. <br />2. All other aspects of Resolution 99-58 and its attached Exhibit "A" are <br />ratified. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ginn and, upon <br />being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
