Granting of the ingress/egress easement in no way eliminates, <br />reduces, or otherwise alters any requirements of any governmental entity <br />concerning the standards for road development, vehicular traffic, land <br />development, and building. <br />3. • Due to the small radius tum to the South near the intersection with <br />Bailey Drive, only slow speed traffic can be accommodated. <br />4.
