NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />1. The dedication of right-of-way as described in O.R. Book 1303, at <br />Pages 2789-2790 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, is <br />hereby accepted; and <br />2. Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands, which were dedicated for right-of-way by <br />Mobile Resonance Imaging Inc., a Florida corporation are hereby cancelled <br />pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Warranty Deed describing lands, <br />recorded in O.R. Book 1303 at Pages 2789-2790, <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Gi nn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Stanbridge , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
