RESOLUTION NO. 2000-037 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON TRACT B, SEA OAKS LAKEVIEW <br />ESTATES PRD <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a drainage and utility easement on Tract B, Sea Oaks <br />Lakeview Estates PRD, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 33 & 33A of the Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a three-foot portion of the easement, as described below, serves no <br />public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of a portion of an easement is executed by Indian River County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to <br />SEA OAKS INVESTMENTS, LTD. <br />1235 EAST WINDING OAKS CIRCLE <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32963 <br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement (portion): <br />a three Jool wide portion of a twelve Jool wide drainage and utility easement on 7racl B, <br />Sea Oaks Lakeview Estates PRD., more particularly described as the northeasterly three <br />feel of the southwesterly twelve feet of 7racl B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 14, Pages 33 & 33A, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Stanbridge , seconded <br />by Commissioner Gi nn , and adopted on the ath day of <br />April 2000, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Fran B.
