DRVEXAVE 1T DIRRL9= OR =2 DESI0XSE1 <br />ADTHORM TO =c WX SWSORDIXATZOX OR SA,TISFACTIOXS <br />OT BOB== W= RESPECT TO THE SKIP AFFORDABLE <br />BOWS= PROC R M. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida has established an Affordable Housing Program under aegis of the <br />State of Florida SHIP Progaml and <br />WHEREAS, parsons benefitted by the SHIP loan program will often <br />have occasion to refinance or pay off their mortgagees and <br />WHEREAS, such transactions and accompanying documentation is <br />administrative in nature and does not require the attention of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and <br />VEZRRAS, closings of property are often on deadlines not <br />consistent with the scheduled meetings of the Board of County Commissioners <br />NOW, THEREFORZ, DR IT RESOLVED BY TBE BOARD OF CODHTY <br />COIEQ89IONE!!8 OF 30MIM RZUR CODETi, FLORIDA that the Indian River County <br />Community Development Director or his designee is hereby delegated authority <br />to execute any and all Subordination or Satisfactions of Mortgage with <br />respect to SHIP Affordable Housing loans. <br />This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert <br />, <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner TiRpin, and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as followst <br />Chairman Fran B.
