RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 121 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, FORMALLY DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br /> COUNTY OWNED PROPERTY FOR RIGHT-OF- <br /> WAY, AND TO REQUEST THAT THE INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER EARMARK ANY <br /> MAPS WITHIN THE PROPERTY APPRAISER'S <br /> OFFICE TO REFLECT THIS DESIGNATION. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 8, 2009 Indian River County entered into an <br /> agreement with the Estate of Elvester B. Mowatt for the exchange of two parcels <br /> owned by the Estate for property owned by Indian River County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two parcels were needed for right-of-way by Indian River <br /> County for its C.R. 510 Improvement Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, in late 2009 the property exchange was consummated and the <br /> two parcels for right-of-way were conveyed to Indian River County by General <br /> Warranty Deed recorded on December 16, 2009 in Book 2387, Pages 1413-1417 <br /> of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br /> WHEREAS, the intent of the County is to now earmark by a formal <br /> document that the two parcels conveyed by the above cited General Warranty <br /> Deed are for right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, a sketch and legal description of the right-of-way have been <br /> prepared and are attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to designate by a recorded instrument <br /> the County's designation of this right-of-way identified in the attached Exhibit "A" <br /> 3120150060790 <br /> RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br /> JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br /> 1 BK: 2883 PG: 1124 Page 1 of 5 10!82015 9:05 AM <br />
