Thatcher, Secretary -Treasurer Civilian Defense <br />Council of Indian River County, and upon motion of Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />Waddell, and unanimously carried, the Board granted permission for such Council to place office; <br />files and cabinets, together with other necessary supplies and equipment in the County Commis- <br />sionerst room of the Court House in order that it may be designated as headquarters for the De <br />fense Council.
