RESOLUTION NO. 2000-043 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LOCAL AGENCY <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE OLD WINTER BEACH ROAD BIKE <br />PATH/SIDEWALK, BETWEEN JUNGLE TRAILAND SR AIA, <br />WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and Indian River <br />County desire to facilitate the construction of the Old Winter Beach Road Bike Path/Sidewalk; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, has requested Indian <br />River County execute and deliver to the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, a Local <br />Agency Agreement for the aforementioned project; <br />NOW, THERE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman of the Board <br />is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver' to the State of Florida, Department of <br />Transportation, a Local Agency Agreement for the aformentioned project. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioners, Caroline Ginn <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kenneth Macht <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Vice Chairman Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Kenn R. Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Ruth M.
