l � F <br />EXHIBIT C <br />AUTHORIZING RESOLUTION <br />Resolution No. 96-49 <br />ARESOLUTIONofthe Indian River County Board of ro'=nty Commissionens 4 <br />Designated Official Planning Agency (DOPA) <br />authorizing the filing of a Transportation <br />Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant Application with the Florida Commission for the Transportation <br />Disadvantaged. <br />WEEREAS, this BOARD has the authority to file a Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Fund Grant <br />Application and to undertake a transportation disadvantaged service project as authorized by Section 427.0159, <br />Florida Statutes, and Rule 41-2, F.A.C. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD THAT: <br />1. The BOARD has the authority to file this grant application. <br />2. The BOARD authorizes Robert M. Keating, AICP to file <br />and execute the application on behalf of the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners (DOPA) <br />the Transportation Disadvantaged. <br />with the Florida Commission for <br />3. The BOARD authorizes Robert M. Keating, AICP to sign any and all <br />agreements or contracts which are required in connection with the application. <br />4. The BOARD authorizes Robert M.
