IN TI !r nF('(_)P ' OF <br />RESOLUTION No. 2 0 0 0- 0 6 2 C L r" "' T <br />INDIAN fINLIA GO., FLA. <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING <br />A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 10, BLOCK 147, VERO BEACH <br />HIGHLANDS SUB UNIT 4, IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has a drainage and utility easement on Lot 10, Block <br />147, Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision, Unit 4; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion the easement, as described below, serves no public <br />purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida that: <br />This release of a portion of an easement is executed by Indian River County, a political <br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida <br />32960, Grantor, to <br />PAUL JULIN <br />P O BOX 650834 <br />VERO BEACH, FL 32965-0834 <br />successors in interest, heirs and assigns, Grantee, as follows: <br />Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may <br />have in the following described easement(s): <br />the northern four feet of the southern six joot-wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 10, <br />Block 147, Vero Beach Highlands Subdivision, Unit 4, according to the plat thereof, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38, of the Public Records of Indian River County. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner G i n n —,seconded <br />by Commissioner Stanbridge , and adopted on the _2 3 r ri d y of <br />May 2000, by the following vote: <br />Commissioner Fran B.
