RESOLUTION N0. 96-53 <br />5. The assessments shown on Exhibit "A," attached to Resolution No. <br />95-09, were recorded by the County on the public records of Indian <br />River County, and the lien shall remain prima facie evidence of its <br />validity. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Rird , and, upon being <br />Put to a vote, the vote was an rollows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
