ORDINANCE NO. 2015- <br /> SECTION 5 AMENDMENT TO CODE <br /> A new District name is added to Section 200.07of the Indian River County Code to <br /> read as follows: <br /> District Name Ordinance No. <br /> Oceanside Replat 2015 - <br /> SECTION <br /> 015 -SECTION 6. CODIFICATION <br /> It is the intention of the Board of County Commissioners that the provisions of this <br /> ordinance shall become and be made a part of the The Code of Indian River County, and <br /> that the sections of this ordinance may be renumbered or relettered, and the word <br /> "ordinance" may be changed to "section," "article," or such other appropriate word or <br /> phrase in order to accomplish such intention. <br /> SECTION 7. SEVERABILITY <br /> If any portion of this ordinance is held or declared by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction to be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the <br /> remaining portions of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> SECTION 8.
