BAIRD <br /> 5:03 p.m. <br /> County Administrator Joseph Baird announced that the proposed fiscal year 2015-2016 <br /> budget would be $279,999,908, a decrease of$34,440,816 from last year. He reported that the <br /> taxroll would increase the General Fund by 7.11%, the Municipal Services Taxing Unit <br /> (M.S.T.U.) by 7.07%, and the Emergency Service District (ESD) by 7.38%. He said the budget <br /> will include the replacement for capital equipment; opening Fire Station 13; health insurance <br /> increases; 32 additional positions; salary increases; and a Solid Waste assessment increase. <br /> 5.
