It was <br /> stated that the HFS would be paid per unit as each ERU <br /> came on-line. <br /> It was noted that each parcel on 33rd Street which might hook <br /> into the water line was depicted by an Object ID, and that <br /> Obiect ID 20 JMG Vero Beach, LLC had not been previously <br /> included in the initial cost breakdown spreadsheet, and <br /> should be added. <br /> The following residents spoke in support of the Hydraulic <br /> Fair Share cost recovery method: <br /> Robert Adair, 7060 33rd Street <br /> Robert Nall, 7102 33rd Street <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br /> Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the cost <br /> recovery method based on costs of $1,449.88 per Hydraulic <br /> Fair Share, for the 33rd Street properties outlined in staff's <br /> report, with the addition of Object ID 20 JMG Vero Beach, <br /> LLC. <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously: (1) <br /> approved for Object ID's 1: Pitman Brittany M; 2: Liddell <br /> Peter H Celia H; 17: Florida Research Center for <br /> Agricultural Sustainability, Inc., and 18: Florida Research <br /> Center for Agricultural Sustainability, Inc.; to be able to pay <br /> the current capital recovery charge associated with one (1) II <br /> ERU's worth of the Hydraulic Fair Share cost method, and <br /> the remaining Hydraulic Faire Share cost associated with <br /> each parcel/Object ID would be recouped as the property was <br /> sold or developed to its full capacity; and (2) authorized the <br /> Utility Department to: (a) collect the proportionate <br /> construction costs for UCP No. 4098, if and when a resident <br /> makes an application for service along 33rd Street west of 66th <br /> Avenue; and (b) to work on a notice, in conjunction with the <br /> County Attorney's office, to be recorded with the Clerk of <br /> Court for unique water and/or sewer capital recovery costs <br /> (and identifying any remaining balance on the parcel/Object <br /> ID) associated with a subject property. <br /> Board of County Commission Meeting Page 12 <br /> September 15,2015 <br />
